эк. прир. правило Хотеллинга (правило оптимального использования исчерпаемого ресурса, согласно которму нетто-цена — цена за вычетом затрат на добычу — ресурса, остающегося в недрах земли, должна постепенно расти с темпом, равным ставке процента; другими словами, текущая дисконтированная ценность единицы ресурса должна быть независимой от времени ее извлечения из земли)
